Shipping policy

Friends of Jesus (FOJ) is a monthly mail club. All letters are intentionally sent via USPS First-Class Mail (postage stamps) and do not include tracking. This is designed to be a joyful, surprise delivery experience—true snail mail.

Shipping Schedule

All monthly mail begins shipping after the 22nd of each month, provided payment has been successfully processed.

  • If payment has already been processed, your letter will ship after the 22nd.

  • If payment has not yet been processed by the 21st, your order will ship within 72 hours of successful payment processing.

Delivery Timeframes (After Shipment)

Delivery times begin after the order has shipped and are estimated based on USPS standards.

Domestic (United States)

  • Estimated delivery: 1–14 business days, in some cases up to 3 weeks.

  • Some states and rural locations may take longer.

International Orders

  • Estimated delivery: 1–28 business days, in some cases up to 6 weeks.

  • Delivery times vary based on customs processing and local postal services in the destination country.

Shipping Method & Tracking

All FOJ letters are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail using postage stamps.
Tracking is not included with this shipping method.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • No tracking number will be provided.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Delays caused by USPS, customs agencies, weather conditions, or international postal systems are outside of our control.

Non-Delivery & Chargeback Protection Notice

Because Friends of Jesus letters are intentionally sent via USPS First-Class Mail without tracking, proof of mailing and fulfillment records shall constitute proof of service rendered.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:

• A lack of tracking does not constitute non-shipment.
• USPS delays, misrouting, or delivery errors do not invalidate a properly processed and mailed order.
• Claims of “item not received” do not automatically qualify for refunds, reversals, or chargebacks when shipment was completed in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Fulfillment is considered complete once the letter has been prepared, stamped, and transferred to USPS for delivery.

Customers agree to contact Friends of Jesus directly via our Contact Us form on our website to resolve any delivery concerns before initiating a payment dispute.

Filing a chargeback for an order that was properly processed and mailed in accordance with these Terms constitutes a violation of this agreement and may result in:

• Immediate cancellation of any active subscription
• Permanent account termination
• Permanent restriction from future purchases
• Disqualification from replacement eligibility

Friends of Jesus reserves the right to contest all “item not received” or “services not rendered” disputes using internal preparation logs, mailing records, subscription authorization records, and these published Terms.

Important Delivery Notes

  • Weekends and U.S. postal holidays are not considered business days and are not included in estimated delivery times.

  • Once your order has been handed to USPS, Friends of Jesus is not responsible for postal delays, transit interruptions, or delivery failures caused by the carrier.
