Cancellation policy

Some items in our store are offered as monthly subscriptions, bundled plans, or prepaid membership offers. This policy explains how these purchases may be canceled, managed, or modified.

Subscriptions (Monthly Plans Only)

When you purchase a monthly subscription, you will receive recurring monthly deliveries. Billing dates may vary based on the original signup date; however, all subscriptions follow a universal monthly fulfillment schedule.

Cancellation Policy

All monthly subscription cancellations must be submitted no later than the 5th of each calendar month to avoid charges and fulfillment for that month.

Although individual billing dates may vary, the 5th of each month serves as the contractual cancellation deadline for all subscribers. Beginning on the 6th of each month, order preparation, processing, and fulfillment for that month commence, regardless of whether the customer’s payment method has been charged at that time.

By remaining subscribed after the 5th of the month, you expressly authorize Friends of Jesus (FOJ) to:

  • Prepare and process that month’s letter, and

  • Charge the payment method on file for that billing cycle.

Cancellations submitted after the 5th will take effect for the following month only and do not qualify for refunds, reversals, or chargeback disputes for the current month.

Bundles & Membership Plans (Including BOGO & “Buy # Get # Free” Offers)

Bundle purchases and prepaid membership plans are final and non-cancelable once purchased.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Prepaid multi-month plans

  • Discounted bundles

  • Promotional offers

  • “Buy # Get # Free” deals

  • Membership commitments

By purchasing a bundle or membership plan, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • No cancellations are permitted

  • All sales are final

  • Refunds, if approved, are solely at the discretion of Friends of Jesus (FOJ) and are subject to the Refund Policy

Refund Policy Reference

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued solely at the discretion of Friends of Jesus (FOJ).

If a refund is approved for a bundle or membership plan, it will be prorated based on the standard retail price of $12 per letter, not the discounted promotional rate.

Pre-Orders

At this time, Friends of Jesus (FOJ) does not offer traditional pre-orders. All purchases follow our standard fulfillment schedule outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Try Before You Buy

Friends of Jesus (FOJ) does not offer trial-based purchases or “try before you buy” programs.

Agreement to Terms

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy, along with our Refund, Shipping, and Terms & Conditions policies.
